In Britain rescued a black Swan that was not black
Animals

A UK resident noticed a black Swan on the lake. It seemed to him that the bird needs help and reported it to the lifeguards. They in turn were surprised, as black swans are found in Australia and New Zealand, and in Europe they can be found only in the zoo. Having left to the specified place they really found the Swan, but it was not so easy.

Actually it was a normal white Swan, which is fully smeared in motor oil. The bird was taken to the Stapeley Grange Wildlife centre where she was immediately examined by veterinarians. It turned out that Swan did not have time to swallow the oil, so only needed to wash his feathers. It turned out to be not so simple, however, after the huge number of baths and the use of special tools, feathers, birds have once again become white. Again making sure that the health of the Swan is not in danger, he was released into the wild.
